I wanted to pause and make time to thank you for your recent real estate services. When I decided to sell my historic home in Springfield, I was concerned about finding the right buyer for an old Victorian. For the first four months with a different realtor, I was unsuccessful in finding a buyer. After that contract ended, I was not sure about my next steps.
